Sponsorship Opportunities
- What it covers:Â Association sponsorship levels from Starting Gate through Winner's Circle, what recognition each includes, team sponsorship, rink signage, in-kind support, and how to sponsor
- Who needs it:Â Businesses considering sponsorship, and any CKHA family introducing a prospective sponsor
- When you need it:Â Before approaching a business, and any time a sponsor asks what their support gets them

Team Sponsorship Commitment Form
- What it covers: The $500 team sponsorship — what it includes, how payment is made, and the form a sponsor signs
- Who needs it:Â Businesses sponsoring a specific CKHA team, and the team managers submitting the form

Travel Policy
- What it covers: CKHA's travel hockey program — eligibility, tryouts and player placement, team formation and rosters, fees and payments, travel expectations, conduct and playing time, and how to raise a concern

- What it covers:Â Reporting a conduct violation to the CKHA Disciplinary Committee

- When you need it:Â When you've observed a disciplinary issue that a coach didn't correct, or where no coach was present to correct it

Play-Up Policy
- What it covers: How a player may request to play one age group above their birth-year classification — who's eligible, the required coach recommendation letter, deadlines, how requests are evaluated, the appeal process, and the Board's authority to adjust a placement during the season
- Who needs it:Â Families considering a play-up request, players, coaches, and board members
- When you need it: Before submitting a play-up request — the deadline is 14 days before the first tryout for the player's age group

Sponsorship Policy
- What it covers: How CKHA solicits, accepts, records, recognizes, and spends all sponsorship revenue — sponsorship levels, team sponsorships, designations and restrictions, solicitation process, conflicts of interest, and sponsor suitability
- Who needs it:Â Board members, the Sponsorship Coordinator, the Treasurer, and anyone soliciting on CKHA's behalf
- When you need it:Â Before contacting a prospective sponsor, and any time a question comes up about what may be promised or where funds go

- What it covers: The team-level procedure — registering a prospect, submitting the commitment form, how team funds are approved and spent, and why sponsorship never becomes a credit toward a player's fees
